Full Sail is located in Orlando, Florida - one of the world's foremost tourist destinations. In addition to great weather, plentiful beaches, and the obvious attractions (did someone say Disney World and Universal Studios?), Orlando features a thriving entertainment community.

The annual (and world-renowned) Florida Film Festival provides national focus to the area's filmmaking community, while multiple clubs and live venues support the local music scene - including Hard Rock Live, the Amway Arena, House of Blues, Bob Carr Performing Arts Center, the Social, and more.

NASA's headquarters in Cape Canaveral is just 45 minutes away from Orlando, and the Cape also serves as home base for many ocean cruises. The East Coast of Florida is less than an hour away, while Tampa Bay and the Gulf Coast is less than two hours.

The area is also home to several professional sports teams - the NBA's Orlando Magic and the Arena Football League's Orlando Predators foremost among them, while Tampa Bay and Jacksonville are easily accessible for Bucs and Jaguars games.
