Production Leadership

The process of producing video games involves a team of highly technical individuals, and leading such a team requires a specialized set of strategies. The Production Leadership Course examines the theoretical basis for assessing team motivation, as well as several effective approaches to influencing behavior and facilitating high performance for individuals and the team as a whole. Students will be introduced to the scientific method and will develop critical thinking skills necessary for both research and effective leadership of production teams.
