We depend on interfaces and websites more than ever in our day-to-day lives, whether it’s finding directions, checking our bank statements, shopping online, or any of a thousand other tasks made easier by the Internet.

Regardless of why we find ourselves browsing a website, what’s most important is how accessible and user-friendly our experience is – after all, it’s these factors that influence whether we choose to visit a website more than once.

Understanding how to construct a website that will strike users as both intuitive and easy to use is crucial to the success of sites you create. In this phase of the Web Design program, you’ll work on developing logical, intuitive, and clear interfaces by learning how users interact with different types of sites. You’ll also learn the process of organizing and presenting data to users in a clear and meaningful way using information architecture (IA).
