Arthur is a graduate of the University of Central Florida, earning both a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Computer Science. After graduation he began his career at a medical billing software firm, before being offered a job at a startup game company, Paragon Visual Systems, Inc. While at Paragon, Arthur rose from a junior programmer position to the manager of software development, where he both wrote code and supervised a team of programmers and artists. After Paragon, Arthur went on to do consulting work on a number of unreleased game projects, before eventually finding Full Sail.  After helping write the curriculum for the C++ course, he was hired as the C++ course director in 1999.

OpenGL

Richard S. Wright Jr. is the lead author of the best selling OpenGL SuperBible. Richard has over 20 years experience developing commercial software and over 13 years experience with OpenGL since the first edition of his book was published in 1996. Richard has delivered a wide range of OpenGL based medical and scientific visualization, simulation, entertainment, and educational titles for Windows, Mac OS X, Linux, and multiple mobile platforms. When not teaching at Full Sail, Richard is the development lead for Software Bisque’s Seeker and Theater Suites of full-dome immersive planetarium software, and is working on a fifth edition of his book.
