Hillary Bressler is a recognized authority on interactive marketing and one of the nation's online marketing pioneers. She is the founder and president of .Com Marketing, a leading interactive advertising and marketing firm. Her interactive agency has served such notable clients as Dell, Nestle Foods, Marriott & Renaissance Offshore Resorts, SeaWorld, and Universal Orlando Resorts. Under Ms. Bressler's leadership, .Com Marketing has been ranked among the nation's top 100 interactive agencies, according to the Advertising Age Interactive Agency Report.
Dr. Larry Darlage received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Indianapolis, and completed teaching and research fellowships at Iowa State University where he earned a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry. Dr. Darlage also served as Division Chair of Science and Mathematics and Vice-President of Instruction at Brookhaven College, before moving to his current position as president of Tarrant County College, Northeast Campus.
Donna is chairman and chief commercial officer of her own entertainment media and arts consulting company, XOXO Media Group. Prior to starting XOXO, Donna served as executive vice president of industry affairs for Ticketmaster, a position she held for 18 years. She has more than 30 years experience in sports and entertainment, directing and managing sports arenas and concert venues, and working with professional sports leagues, major live event producers, and numerous presidential events. Dowless was recently recognized by Venues Today magazine as one of the Top 5 Women of Influence in the Entertainment Industry. In 2005, she was honored with the lifetime achievement award for distinguished service from the International Association of Auditorium Managers.
Rafael Garcia is vice president of digital content for the Cisneros Group, one of the largest privately held media, entertainment, telecommunications, and consumer products organizations in the world. During his career, Rafael has held executive positions at Venevision International, LatCel, AOL Latin America, Diario El Universal, quepasa.com, and Cybertoons Digital. Rafael Garcia graduated with a degree in electrical engineering from Universidad Metropolitana in Caracas, Venezuela. He has a specialized degree in Digital Media from Full Sail University and earned his MBA at the University of Miami.
Henry is President of Orlando’s Enzian Theater, which showcases first-run independent films and hosts film-related events, including the annual Florida Film Festival. Prior to joining the Enzian, he was vice president and general manager of WKMG-TV, the Orlando CBS affiliate. Before joining WKMG, Henry was vice president of audience and sales promotion for all six Post-Newsweek stations, and prior to that he worked as vice president of programming and promotion for WDIV in Detroit. He was also executive producer for WCBS and WNBC in New York and program director for cultural affairs at WGBH, Boston’s PBS station. Henry began his career at WBZ in Boston as a producer/director and is a graduate of Boston University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in broadcasting and film.
Linda Schaible is the Vice President of Audience Development and Planning for the Houston Chronicle. Previously, she was Vice President of Operations for World Web Partners, and was Vice President of Product Development for Tribune Interactive until 2010; in this position, she oversaw the digital product development for an ever-changing online world in an effort to grow Tribune share across multiple media formats, enhance user experience and engagement, and develop a strong product mix baseline for long-term company prosperity. She held various other positions at Tribune, including Digital City Orlando Metrics Analyst, Go2Orlando.com Product Manager, Online Classified Sales Manager, New Business Development Manager, Vice President of Consumer Marketing for Orlando Sentinel Communications, and General Manager of Tribune Interactive/Orlando. Earlier in her career, Ms. Schaible was owner of market Re:Search group in Orlando. She also served as Market Research Manager for Computational Systems, Inc. in Knoxville, TN and was a Senior Marketing Research Representative with A.C. Nielsen Marketing Research in Schaumburg, IL.
Al has been a music business attorney for over 45 years. Prior to becoming an attorney, he owned his own record and music publishing companies and he was the personal manager for recording and performing group, Bread. Al has had articles published by the Beverly Hills Bar Association Journal, the National Academy of Songwriters, and the Association of International Entertainment Attorneys, among others. In addition to teaching music business courses he has been a guest lecturer and panelist for many educational institutions and music-oriented organizations. Al is a past president of the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences, as well as past two-term national chairman of the board. He is also a past recipient of Billboard Magazine’s award for Entertainment Attorney of the Year, and was honored with the Entertainment Law Initiative Service Award during the 2006 Grammy Week festivities.
Amanda is the founder of Searching for Profit, a search marketing strategy consulting agency. Prior to founding Searching for Profit, Amanda was Director of Research for a leading search engine optimization firm. Amanda’s creativity and expertise enabled her to develop patented language-based analytic tools and methodologies to support search engine marketing campaigns. She has served on DMA’s Search Engine Marketing Council, and was co-chair of the Council from 2002-2006. In 2006, Amanda developed the DMA’s search engine marketing certification program. She is currently the co-chair of the Web Analytics Association’s research committee and has served on the search and research committees of IAB.
Christian currently works for CNN.com on the Strategy and Partnerships group on projects involving the Health, iReport, Living, and Travel sections of the site. His professional career has been focused on the digital media side of news organizations, beginning with the development of El Universal’s website (Venezuela’s most influential newspaper) in 1995. He has devoted himself passionately to understanding consumer technology and digital media and the opportunities it creates for content creators and advertisers. His experience within this industry is broad, ranging from developing digital media products to leading a private equity group and consulting for large media organizations around the world. Christian has worked with small newspapers as well as with large media conglomerates in project of all sizes.
