Terry Weber began her marketing career in Montana in the late 80’s working for Kodak, after which she moved to Florida to attend the University of Central Florida's first Film Program. In addition to Film & Video Production, her B.A. also includes Computer Animation. Since then, her career has included work at Disney Animation Studio, television advertising at WFTV, and more recently, marketing at Siemens Energy. Recently Terry completed her M.A. in Media Studies online from The New School for Social Research in New York City.
Genon is a multi-faceted professional with experience in a variety of environments, including private business, health, education and entertainment. Genon moved to Orlando to work with the MCA project team building Universal Studios. As Project Coordinator for teams building Nickelodeon Studios and Back to the Future the Ride, her responsibilities included project management and communication systems for the creative, design and construction teams. Universal then hired her for their first special events department, serving all areas of the marketing department including publicity, promotions, convention, and special entertainment tickets. Over the past twenty years with her business, GRM Creative Services, Genon has built a reputation as a talented writer, producer and project manager who can effectively lead diverse teams to deliver successful marketing, entertainment and educational projects.
Chip Weston earned a bachelor of arts degree in behavioral science from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida before opening and operating his own advertising firm in 1975. He continues to enjoy an illustrious career that has spanned more than 20 years. As an early adaptor of state-of-the-art digital technology for illustration and advertising, Chip has kept his finger on the pulse of the arts community and has had an eclectic career in marketing, illustration, photography, theme park design, urban design, patents, packaging, motion pictures, television, and radio. He has worked with many Fortune 500 companies as well as with major motion picture producers, theme parks, and architectural firms. As Course Director for the Internet Marketing, Sports Marketing & Media, New Media Distribution Channels and Social Media Optimization bachelor of science programs, Chip draws from his expertise in business, communications, and negotiations while tapping into his talent for fine arts and illustration. He is proud to serve on the Enzian Theater Advisory Council and the Florida Alliance for Arts Education and to be Chairman of the Disney “Festival of the Masters” Art Festival.
With a bachelor's degree in Engineering from the University of Central Florida and a master's degree in Corporate Communication and Technology from Rollins College, Kenneth Cossin has been a database administrator and IT Communications trainer, teacher, and writer. He has also co-authored several professional publications. Most recently, he worked for a large law firm, training new attorneys and staff in the use of computer hardware, software, and law practice-specific applications focusing on IT Communications and exploring ways in which fellow attorneys could best collaborate.
Carol is co-owner of InterMedia Solutions, a technology consulting company, whose clients include Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, start-ups, municipalities, community organizations, and political candidates. Carol is an experienced database developer and programmer, specializing in Microsoft technologies. She holds a Master of Arts degree from Emory University and graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Carol enjoys running and is currently training for her first marathon. She also loves to read and, of course, teach!
Christian Franqui earned his bachelor’s degree in digital media and master’s degree in film and digital media from the University of Central Florida. He joined Full Sail University after working on the creative team at Ripley Entertainment, Inc. He was responsible for the online presence of the Ripley’s Believe It or Not! brand. Christian also owns his own design studio, with a client roster ranging from Major League Baseball players to world-class theme parks. His experience consists of working in agencies, freelancing, teaching, and in-house roles – creating and managing projects for clients such as the NFL, Red Bull, The University of Central Florida, Orange County Public Schools, Cirrus Aircraft, and Guinness World Records.
