Each of Full Sail's degree programs is developed and shaped in conjunction with an advisory board of industry professionals. By working closely with leaders and creative minds within a given industry, we are able to constantly adapt and revise our curriculum to make sure we're giving students the optimal educational experience to help propel them into their careers.
Larry Boscarino has an extensive background of 30 years of experience in the live sound industry. His expertise ranges from sales management to thorough knowledge of systems design & product interfacing. With factory product training, experience as a professional guitar player, and his overall knowledge of the audio industry, he interacts both with equipment dealers as well as Meyer's factories. Larry operates a satellite office in Orlando, with his primary territory being North & Central Florida.
Rich Flora has overseen the Clair Bros. Audio Nashville office for 11 years as the IT Manager, Purchasing Agent, and Safety Manager. He has nearly 20 years experience as a monitor engineer, production manager, and crew chief for various productions including Collin Raye, Little Texas, and the Sound Source.
Chris Murphy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Radio and Television from San Diego State University, with a minor in Journalism. He moved to Central Florida to join his family’s lighting company. He managed many projects including Phases I, 2, 3, and 4 of the Orange County Convention Center, studios at Home Shopping Network, the Gaylord Palms Convention Center, and many local rides and attractions. Chris purchased and took over operation of the company in 2003, opening the West Coast office in 2004, and doubling the staff in two years. Murphy Lighting Systems won the ESTA Dealer of the Year award in 2003 and 2004, and is a member of the Themed Entertainment Association, winning a TEA award for the lighting in Revenge of the Mummy at Universal Orlando in 2004.
