Full Sail University Named 'College of the Year'
The statewide FAPSC award is based on innovation, success, and high standards
The Florida Association of Postsecondary Schools & Colleges has named Full Sail University “School/College of the Year.” The FAPSC represents 220 colleges and universities throughout the state of Florida, and provides leadership, support and advocacy for quality education.
The award, which was given during a ceremony in Aventura, FL, was presented to Full Sail based on the school’s new program innovation, commitment to students’ success, high professional and ethical standards, and other accomplishments and achievements.
“It’s an incredible honor to win this award,” says Full Sail University President Garry Jones. “Full Sail is consistently striving to provide superior education on campus and online, and in each of our degree programs, we strive to reach a new level of innovation, technological enhancement, and effectively applied industry knowledge focused on taking our graduates to the next level and beyond. To be recognized for our efforts in this way is wonderfully rewarding for staff and students alike.”
FAPSC had previously awarded Full Sail the “Most Innovative Program” award for its real world, professional class structure of 8-12 hours per day and 24-hour, around-the-clock schedule.
