We're excited to announce the schedule for the 2011 Full Sail University Hall of Fame Week. This year we are proud to induct six graduates into our Hall of Fame, an on-campus exhibit honoring the achievements of select alumni who have excelled in their career field.
This year's inductees are:
- Darren Lynn Bousman, a popular film director and writer
- Laurie Brugger, senior rigger at Framestore, the largest visual effects and computer animation studio in Europe
- Culley Bunker, the owner and lead visual effects artist at Skulley FX
- Jameson Durall, design director at video game studio Volition, Inc.
- David Farmer, a sound designer who has worked on award-winning films and video games
- Sean Spuehler, an audio engineer who has worked on countless projects in the studio as well as on the road as Madonna's personal monitor engineer
This group marks the third round of inductees honored in the Hall of Fame since its 2009 opening, and to recognize their achievements, we will be throwing a three-day celebration from November 7-9 that will include numerous events, guest speakers, panel discussions, and more.
The week kicks off with the Induction Ceremony and the unveiling of the new Hall of Fame installations – a mixed media wall featuring video, audio clips, pictures, and industry credits showcasing highlights from throughout the careers of this year's inductees.
