Full Sail University would like to congratulate 2010 Film graduate Boyd Hobbs, who has been selected to receive The American Society of Cinematographers (ASC) 2011 William A. Fraker Heritage Award for outstanding artistic achievement in student filmmaking for his work as Director of Photography on the Full Sail student film Loves Me Not. The award will be presented during the 25th Annual ASC Outstanding Achievement Awards ceremony, which will be held in Los Angeles on February 13, 2011 at the Hollywood & Highland Grand Ballroom.
"It is an honor to celebrate this incredible achievement with our graduate and the entire Film degree program here at Full Sail University. Our curriculum is based on providing our students with real-world education skills that prepare them for their chosen careers in the entertainment industry. We are delighted that Boyd is being recognized for the outstanding project he participated in during his time as a student at Full Sail and we look forward to the projects he will share with us in the future."
