For almost 30 years, the worldwide entertainment media industry has entrusted graduates of Full Sail with every imaginable task. In pursuit of their career dreams, they’ve worked hard and earned positions as graphic artists, audio engineers, web designers, camera operators, game programmers, sound designers, lighting directors, monitor engineers, studio managers, and many many more.
Much like we assign our students to industry-specific advisors, Full Sail’s Career Development department has Industry Outreach Representatives assigned to individual layers of the industry, in an on-going effort to reach out and work with companies looking to fill a wide variety of positions.
To this end, we personally review each job description, select qualified candidates, contact those candidates to verify interest and availability, and then forward those recommendations to the attention of our industry partners.
This process works on two levels – it allows companies looking for people to spend less time looking for qualified candidates and more time on actual production, and it gives Full Sail graduates increased employment opportunities, by allowing us to put qualified candidates for positions in front of the people who actually do the hiring.
