Billy Cain

Over his 15-year career Billy Cain has worked on a number of popular video games at studios like Electronic Arts, Sony, and THQ. He is currently the co-owner of Critical Mass Interactive, a world-class game developer and outsourcer. He has also spoken at many conferences and universities, and sits on different advisory boards educating students about the gaming industry.
Nate Howe
Freelance Director/Designer/Animator
Nate Howe graduated from Full Sail’s Computer Animation program in December 2002 and has since become a sought-after freelance artist, working with clients and studios around the world. Coming from a strong understanding of 2D design, composition, editing and animation, his work blurs the line between a 3D artist and a motion graphics artist. Nate currently works in the Los Angles area as a freelance director, designer and animator, and his recent credits include Madonna, MTV, Coke, and the NBA.
Alex Kupershmidt
Animator | Disney Feature Animation
Born in Lvov, Ukraine, Alex Kupershmidt came to the United States in 1977 to attend the School of Visual Arts in New York City. He graduated in 1982 with a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Art, and was hired at Disney WED in Orlando, Florida. In 1989 he joined the animation studios at Disney MGM, where he worked as an animator on Beauty and the Beast and Aladdin, and supervising animator on Mulan and Lilo and Stitch. In 2004, Alex moved to his current home at the Disney animation studio in Burbank, California, where he's worked as an animator on Chicken Little and Meet the Robinsons.

Tim Naylor
Creature Technical Director | Industrial Light & Magic
Tim Naylor is a Creature Technical Director at Industrial Light & Magic, where he has worked on such films as Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith, Hulk, Pirates of the Caribbean, and The Day After Tomorrow. His responsibilities have included character setup, creating toolsets for creature artists and animators, pipeline development, and rigid body dynamics. Before coming to ILM in 2001, Tim was a Course Director at Full Sail, teaching Maya in the Computer Animation Program – specializing in character design, modeling and setup. He has also performed modeling and animation work for virtual reality simulators for the military.
Matt Scibilia
President / CEO | Critical Mass Interactive, Inc.
Matt Scibilia has been in the game development industry for over 17 years, working at such companies as Microprose, Magnet Interactive, Electronic Arts/Origin Systems, and Eclipse Entertainment. A sample of his credits includes games like F-15 Strike Eagle, Darklands, Civilization, Wing Commander: Prophecy, and SpongeBob SquarePants: Revenge of the Flying Dutchman. Partnering with Billy Cain and Grant Pimpler in 2003, Matt formed Critical Mass Interactive, Inc. as a full development studio and contract service provider for major game consoles, PC, web, and wireless platforms. Some of CMI’s recent clients have included NCsoft, THQ/Relic, Majesco, and Spark Unlimited.
Joseph Spadaro

Joe Spadaro has proven himself an accomplished visual effects supervisor, animation technical director, artist, animator, and musician over his twenty-five years in the entertainment industry. Joe's credits range from animation and visual effects for feature films and television commercials to music videos and theme park attraction films, and he has created or supervised work for such companies as Sony Pictures Imageworks, MTV, Disney, Nickelodeon, Paramount, Columbia Pictures, Warner Brothers, Jive Records, Coca Cola, Marvel Comics, Kodak, and UNICEF.
Ryan Watson
Lead Character Animator | Raven Software
Ryan Watson has been an industry professional for over six years. Starting his career out in motion graphics and then moving to character animation, Ryan also spent time working at Full Sail as a Lab Specialist in the Character Animation Program. Ryan's professional credits include Wrestlemania XXI for the Xbox and Quake 4 for the PC and Xbox 360, as well as the latest title in the popular Wolfenstein series.
