- Curriculum Developers are essential to the implementation and development of curriculum. They assist in the design, development and execution of curriculum. They also must analyze, assess and make recommendation for the improvement of curriculum.

- Instructional Coordinators develop curriculum and assist with selecting the textbooks and technology to be used. They assist in training and implementing new technology in the classroom.

- Instructional Designers develop and design instructional material for training courses that support educational facilities. IDs assist faculty in determining instructional goals and objectives while selecting and using multimedia technologies to achieve those goals.

Online Content Developer
- Online Content Developers assist in the development of content for web applications. They create the format, presentation and composition for online use. In addition, they ensure that the content is updated regularly and strive to keep it dynamic.

- Online Instructors teach students in an online environment. Instructors need the necessary web 2.0 skills in order to educate students to develop and maintain the latest set of technology skills.

Technical Trainer
- Technical Trainers teach specific high tech training to help employees or faculty maintain or improve job skills. They develop, design, monitor and record training activities to ensure the most up-to-date materials and technology are being taught, while ensuring the staff has cutting edge technical skills.
