A big part of a Full Sail education is learning from the insights provided by our frequent guest speakers who share their experience and perspectives with students. Here's a small sampling of the guests you'll be hearing from as part of this degree program.

Carla Cropper
Senior Engineering Manager | Rockwell Collins
Carla has over 10 years experience in the government training industry in myriad jobs. She has been employed with Rockwell Collins as a Senior Engineering Manager for the past several years in the Defense and Space division. Carla holds a Master of Business Administration from Rollins College in Winter Park.
Clark Aldrich
Consultant, Author
Clark Aldrich, an international consultant, workshop leader, and popular conference speaker, is also an award-winning designer of educational simulations. Mr. Aldrich advises many of the world's most influential organizations (private and government), serves on over a dozen boards, and has been called an "industry guru" by Fortune Magazine. He graduated from Brown University with a degree in Cognitive Science, and earlier in his career worked on special projects for Xerox' executive team.
Eric Breitenbach, Phyllis Redman
Documentary Filmmakers
Producer/Director Eric Breitenbach has been a still photographer for over 30 years and a filmmaker for more than 15. His still photographs have appeared in publications such as The New York Times Magazine and Newsweek, and he has had over 20 solo exhibitions of his photographs throughout the U.S. In 1989, he began working in film and video, and since then has produced documentaries for National Geographic Explorer, The Sundance Channel, The Sci-Fi Channel, Lifetime Real Women, America’s Health Network, PBS, and Florida Public Television.

Producer/Director Phyllis Redman is a freelance photographer and filmmaker with a graduate degree and experience in psychological counseling. After spending nearly a decade working with youth and families, she transitioned into media production in 2000. Incorporating her interest in the social sciences into her photography and film work, she has spent the last several years working as a photojournalist and editorial photographer as well as a public relations media producer for social service agencies. In addition she has worked on commercial projects for television that focused on women’s issues, homelessness and alcohol addiction, and environmental concerns.
Greg Cason
Project Manager | Sonalysts, Inc.
Greg was an elementary school teacher for about six years before beginning his 15-year career as an Instructional Designer (ID). He has worked on many projects with at least three different local firms.
Heather Lam
Technology Solutions Manager | Elite Technical
Heather has nearly 15 years experience as a technology professional in a variety of roles. She is an excellent communicator capable of developing and nurturing professional business relationships and delivering informative and persuasive presentations. In Heather's current role she is responsible for sourcing and staffing highly technical positions for companies in varied industries including defense, engineering, e-commerce, software development, marketing, and hospitality.
Jolene Pinder
Associate Producer | Arts Engine
As an Associate Producer, Jolene Pinder has worked on Arts Engine's latest releases, Arctic Son and Election Day (both of which aired on PBS' P.O.V.). Her own film Bismillah (co-directed with Sarah Zaman) was a finalist for the International Documentary Association’s David Wolper Award and won first place in the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences’ College Television Awards (Student Emmys). Jolene has a background in marketing, sponsorship and graphic design in a variety of nonprofit settings. Before pursuing documentary production, she worked in marketing and sponsorship at WGBH. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in English Literature from the University of Chicago and a Master's in Journalism and Communications from the University of Florida's Documentary Institute.
Josh Hallett
New Media Strategist | Voce Communications
Josh is an internationally recognized thought leader in the convergence of social media and corporate public relations & marketing. Currently a New Media Strategist at Voce Communications, Josh provides social media consulting and development work to brands like Yahoo, Sony Computer Entertainment America, eBay and a number of B2B/B2C firms. For more than ten years, Josh has been working with emerging Internet communication technologies and works closely with public relations practitioners and corporate communicators to integrate these tools into an organization's public and media relations strategies.
Keith Koons, D.M.A.
Professor of Clarinet, Coordinator of Graduate Studies | University of Central Florida
Dr. Keith Koons has been a member of the University of Central Florida Music Department faculty since 1990. His teaching areas include clarinet, music appreciation, woodwind chamber music, and direction of the Early Music Ensemble. He has performed as a member of the Arkansas Symphony Orchestra, the opera companies of Orlando, Arkansas, Annapolis, the Aspen Festival Orchestra, and many others.
Kerria Seabrook
ILL Clan Animation Studios
Kerria Seabrook has directed, written and produced over 60 animated films at ILL Clan Animation Studios. She is co-creator of “Tra5hTa1k,” the voice of Daisy in MTV’s “Life In The Virtual Hills” and director/writer/producer/actor for “The Grid Review” which won best series in the Machinima Film Festival Europe 2007. She has a BFA from Corcoran College of Art and studied filmmaking at SVA.
Nelson Walker
Documentary Filmmaker
Nelson began his career in filmmaking as an undergraduate at Brown University, working on documentaries for Discovery Channel, History Channel, and PBS’s NOVA. His first film, iThemba|Hope – a documentary about an HIV+ choir from South Africa – aired on Sundance Channel in 2005.  His most recent film, Lumo – a portrait of a young Congolese woman recovering from traumatic fistula – garnered him a Student Academy Award and the President's Award at the Full Frame Film Festival. In September 2007, Lumo made its television debut as part of the P.O.V. series on PBS. Nelson has worked in Tibet as a visiting instructor of filmmaking at Tibet University in Lhasa, and contributor to the University of Virginia’s Tibetan Himalayan Digital Library.
Rahim Jones
Principal | Aloma Elementary School
Rahim Jones has worked with Orange County Public Schools since 1997. He started his career as a Kindergarten and 3rd grade teacher at Southwood Elementary and Endeavor Elementary. He was the Assistant Principal at Dillard Street Elementary for 3 years. Since 2005, Rahim has been the Principal of Aloma Elementary. He holds a B.S. in Primary/Elementary Education from Florida Southern College, M. Ed. and Ed. D. in Educational Leadership from the University of South Florida.
Rob Catto
Program Director, Game Development | Full Sail University
For more than 15 years, Rob Catto has served as an innovative leader in the fields of education and technology. As Program Director for the Game Development Bachelor and Game Design Master Degree Programs at Full Sail University, he is responsible for managing and creating procedures in regard to the design, structure, quality, consistency, and continuity of his programs’ curricula, as well as acting as an industry liaison to promote the success of Full Sail’s graduates.
Ron Smith
Educator | Helen Bernstein High School
Ron Smith has been a teacher in the Los Angeles Unified School District for nine years, most recently at Hollywood High School, teaching digital graphics and video. He came to teaching by way of photography, after being a commercial photographer and lab operator for 20 years. He holds a B.A. in Art, and an M.A. in Art Education, both from California State University, Northridge. For the last three years, Ron has been working on a doctorate in educational technology at Pepperdine University in Los Angeles.
