Artist Manager
- Responsible for overall career direction of entertainment client. Handles a variety of duties, including negotiating all business decisions, including contractual, promotional, and creative matters, personal appearances, and product promotion.

Artist Relations
- Listens to demo tapes, attends shows, and keeps up with entertainment trends. Secures new talent and facilitates artist development.

Casting Director
- Auditions and helps select actors for a film, television, or theatre production. Serves as a business liaison between the director and the actors or their agents.

Creative Services
- Oversees artists, copywriters and production staff who create artwork for print media, merchandise, websites, games, film, television, video and live events. Manages deadlines and ensures that projects are completed to client’s satisfaction.

Film/TV Producer
- In charge of the business details on a video, film or television production. Oversees practical matters such as ordering equipment and booking accommodations for the cast and crew of a film.

Interactive Marketing
- Develops creative online and mobile marketing plans while remaining current with online marketing systems and optimization programs. Interacts with clients, vendors, online marketing reps and others to create win-win solutions.

Licensing
- Helps manage music-oriented licenses and other content. Conducts Internet research, maintains relationships with licensors, manages record keeping and consistent reporting schedules. Requires good understanding of general licensing procedures.

Line Producer
- Works on the business side, managing the day-to-day finances of a film production to keep the investors out of the red.

Music Marketing and Promotions
- Works with artists and their managers on entertainment development. Responsible for securing radio, soundtrack, and television placement for media product. Develops all promo materials and events to create artist 'buzz.'

Music/Record Producer
- Responsible for all details of production on an album, both business and music-related. The producer, working in conjunction with the artist, will choose the engineers, book studio time and choose the studio, and often delivers the finished record.

New Media/Digital Services
- Develops distribution and marketing programs with digital service providers (DSPs) – such as iTunes – for products including music, video and game downloads, ringtones, podcasts, and other digital content.

Publicity
- Writes and distributes press materials, arranges media interviews and video shoots, coordinates launch parties and promotional events, and assists in the development of a company’s or artist’s overall public relations plan.

Publishing and Distribution
- Prepares and issues entertainment media material for distribution to the masses. Can also market and sell side merchandise in addition to the primary product.

Special Events
- Plans and handles production details for special entertainment events assigned to promote the mission of a particular organization. In charge of selecting talent and crew for the event.

Studio Manager
- Implements and maintains the owner's policies, and handles day to day business responsibilities like booking studio time, developing and strengthening client relationships, and keeping rooms functioning properly.

Television Marketing and Advertising
- Represents businesses like local market television stations, cable systems, and syndication companies willing to provide guaranteed exposure for a variety of entertainment media productions.

Tour Management
- Takes care of most on-tour production decisions, including coordinating location media events, travel accommodations and management communications.

Trade Marketing Representative
- Coordinates the development and execution of retail product merchandising and promotional materials. Serves as liaison between brand marketing and field sales staffs. Analyzes results for use in development of future trade marketing plans.

Unit Production Manager
- Handles the daily business operations of the filmmaking process, including financial reporting to the production manager, and sometimes location scouting.
