Introduction to Management

Strong organization and leadership from within can determine whether or not a company sinks or swims. This course will focus on creating and maintaining a sound structure within leadership and legal contexts, while also shedding light on risk management principles and practices. You’ll examine human resource principles, and develop strategies to minimize risks in physical assets, legal liability, employee benefit programs, taxes, and retirement costs.
