Ana Reina
Course Director | Introduction to Marketing
After acquiring her BSBA in Marketing and Advertising emphasis from Appalachian State University, Ana Reina has spent her professional career working for different companies in Marketing, Public Relations and Events. Her favorite areas of expertise have been in brand positioning, product development, and marketing/media solutions. Ana has coordinated successful conferences and events for clients such as Puma, Child Watch, Thomas Cook, and ABTA. Her passion lies within the entertainment industry, as she has been able to combine and parallel her career with her freelance consulting company. Her focus has been unsigned artists, promoters, and aspiring Managers to help provide tools and knowledge on how to market and position themselves successfully in the entertainment industry.
Becca Hickam
Course Director | Business Ethics and Social Responsibility
Becca Hickam received a Bachelor of Science in Biology with minors in Political Science and English Literature from Butler University. Then, she went on to obtain her Master of Science in College Student Personnel from Miami University in Ohio, focusing her work on organizational leadership and student development theory. After obtaining her degrees, she worked at Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida facilitating leadership education and development initiatives on campus, both in the curriculum and the co-curriculum. For the past few years, Becca has participated in conferences centered on leadership and civic education, such as the Leadership Educator's Institute, the Berkana Institute, and the Association of American Colleges and University's Civic Education at the Crossroads. In addition, an article she co-authored entitled Transforming Leadership: Film as a Vehicle for Social Change was published in the Fall 2008 edition of the Journal of Leadership Education.
Matt Gilhooly
Course Director | Entertainment Business Venture and Financing
Matt Gilhooly received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Central Florida. After obtaining his degrees, he worked at three different start-up companies. As a generalist for these companies he spent time in all aspects of the new business world, networking, information technology, financing, marketing, and more. For the past few years, Matt has been an active businessman in Central Florida and Boston, Massachusetts. He recently decided to use his passion for new business ventures to educate others about how to start their own company, which led him to Full Sail.
Tereza Viera
Course Director | International Business
Tereza Vieira holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and specialization in Finance. She is a certified Actuary and fellow of the Brazilian Institute of Actuaries. Tereza started her career in 1987 as an Actuarial Consultant for several pension funds of both state-owned and private-owned companies, performing actuarial valuations and viability studies. She then acted as a Superintendent for the Technical and Operational areas of a national life insurance company, designing new benefit plans and coordinating a countrywide team of professionals. Before relocating to the USA, Tereza spent seven years as a Strategic & Human Capital consultant for two of the topmost worldwide consulting firms, performing due diligences and appraisals for a number of M&A projects. Among her clients were Goodyear, MetLife, Citigroup and others. Tereza speaks Portuguese, Spanish, English, Italian and German.
