EBMS Overview
This comprehensive online degree is an advanced entertainment business program that will take you through high-level business courses that delve deep into the theory and practical applications of the entertainment business world. You’ll develop business and management skills through hands-on training in leadership, brand development, negotiation, media publishing and distribution, Internet marketing, and more.
Over the course of Full Sail University’s Entertainment Business Master’s online degree, you’ll use the knowledge gained from these courses to develop and refine your Leadership Portfolio and Thesis Report, preparing yourself to take your dreams into the entertainment business world. The Entertainment Business Master’s Program is designed to prepare you for a career as a creative leader within an organization, or as an entrepreneur creating and running your own entertainment media business.
The Entertainment Business Master's Degree Program, when taken in conjunction with any of Full Sail University's accredited Bachelor of Science Degree Programs, will result in a Master of Science Degree in Entertainment Business upon successful completion. Graduates of other schools' bachelor's degree programs with a similar degree emphasis are also invited to apply – applications will be reviewed and considered on a case-by-case basis.

Description
The Leadership Portfolio and Business Plan Thesis are the two major academic projects that must be completed in order to graduate from the Entertainment Business Master’s Degree Program.
The Leadership Portfolio gives you further hands-on experience by requiring you to get involved with the entertainment business field within your own environment. The project is meant to help you think creatively about the leadership skills necessary for success in the entertainment business field. By actively participating in the industry, you will develop a personal development milestone in each course of study.
The Business Plan Thesis is an academic examination of a topic that you select based on your own interests and previous studies – this is the point at which you get to expand on the specific area of the business that inspires you. The Business Plan Thesis allows you to apply your topic and the information that you’ve learned in each course to create a comprehensive business plan.
