A big part of a Full Sail education is learning from the insights provided by our frequent guest speakers who share their experience and perspectives with students. Here's a small sampling of the guests you'll be hearing from as part of this degree program.

Annie Kidwell
SAG Actor and Acting Consultant, Author of FAB Actor's Guide
Annie Kidwell began her acting career on stage in Milwaukee, WI. Upon returning to her native Florida, she started working professionally in commercials, film, industrials, and print. Continuing to work on stage, she received several awards for Best Actress. In addition, she has acquired credits as a production assistant, property mistress and stage manager. Other associations include FMPTA/Florida Motion Picture and Television Association, FPTA/Florida Professional Theatre Association, CFCS/Central Florida Computer Society, AEA/Actor's Equity Membership Candidate and S.A.G., Screen Actors Guild. She is the publisher of FAB, the Florida Actors/Models Book, a resource guide, and is recognized throughout Florida as a consultant to talent and acting coach.
Cathy Weeden
Senior Vice President and General Manager | SunSports and FSN Florida
Cathy Weeden is senior vice president and general manager of FSN Florida and Sun Sports (formerly Sunshine Network), two regional sports television networks serving the state of Florida. Weeden is responsible for all aspects of the networks’ ongoing operations including programming, production, advertising sales, marketing and promotions, affiliate relations, media relations and administration. She oversees the network’s contracts and relationships with its team partners including the Florida Marlins, Florida Panthers, Miami Heat, Orlando Magic, Tampa Bay Devil Rays, Tampa Bay Lightning, FloridaState University, University of Florida, as well as the SEC and ACC conferences. A graduate of the University of Central Florida (UCF) with a B.A. in Journalism, Weeden received the distinguished 2002 Professional Achievement Award from UCF’s College of Arts and Sciences in 2002. In addition, she serves on the Board of Directors and is a member of the Executive Committee at Florida Citrus Sports; the Dean’s Executive Council, College of Arts and Sciences, UCF; and the National Policy Advisory Board, UCF Sports Business Management Program.
Donna Dowless
Chairman and CCO | XOXO Media Group
Prior to starting her own entertainment media and arts consulting company, Ms. Dowless served as Executive Vice President of Industry Affairs for Ticketmaster, a position she held for 18 years. She has over 30 years of experience in sports and entertainment, directing and managing sports arenas and concert venues and working with professional sports leagues, major live event producers, and numerous presidential events. Ms. Dowless was recently recognized by Venues Today magazine as one of the Top 5 Women of Influence in the Entertainment Industry. In 2005, she was honored with the lifetime achievement award for distinguished service from the International Association of Auditorium Managers.
Henry Maldonado
Vice President and General Manager | WKMG-TV
Henry Maldonado is a 20-year veteran of Post-Newsweek Stations. Under his leadership, WKMG-TV has aggressively supported area institutions with special programs and Public Service Campaigns through the GOOD NEIGHBOR 6 franchise. Before joining WKMG, Mr. Maldonado was Vice President of Audience and Sales Promotion for all six Post-Newsweek Stations, and prior to that worked as Vice President of Programming and Promotion for WDIV in Detroit, where he launched a variety of programming and marketing efforts designed to solidify the station’s connection with its viewers. Mr. Maldonado was executive producer for special projects at WCBS in New York, where his “First Amendment Project” earned numerous awards. He was Program Director for Cultural affairs at WGBH, the PBS station in Boston, where he created and produced one of the first sitcoms geared to teenagers, “The New Voice.”

Hillary Bressler is a recognized authority on interactive marketing and one of the nation's online marketing pioneers. She is the founder and president of .Com Marketing, a leading interactive advertising and marketing firm. Her interactive agency has served such notable clients as Dell, Nestle Foods, Marriott & Renaissance Offshore Resorts, SeaWorld, Universal Orlando Resorts, and more. Under Ms. Bressler's leadership, .Com Marketing has been ranked among the nation's top 100 interactive agencies, according to the Advertising Age Interactive Agency Report.
Jayson Whitmore
Creative Director and Partner | Royale
Jayson Whitmore is co-founder of Royale, a Los Angeles-based motion graphics company whose clients have included Comedy Central, Diesel, and Flaunt magazine. Prior to Royale, he was also co-creative director for the Apple iPod nano Colors campaign. He has also utilized his motion graphics skills on promos for ABC, Nicktoons, Christina Aguilera, NASCAR, Bravo, two Madonna tours, a music video for Beck, and feature films like Punch Drunk Love.

Julee L. Milham has practiced business, intellectual property, and entertainment law in St. Petersburg, Florida since 1986. A graduate of Stetson University and Stetson University College of Law, Julee is licensed to practice law in Florida, New York, California, and the District of Columbia. She studied Comparative Human Rights and Corporate Governance at Oxford College of Law in Oxford, England and is admitted to the Roll of Solicitors for England and Wales. Julee is one of fewer than 100 Florida lawyers who is board certified in the area of Intellectual Property Law.
Pam Warren
Vice President and General Manager | Universal Studios Florida Production Group
Pam Warren is Vice President/General Manager of the Universal Studios Florida Production Group. She oversees on-the-lot relations with more than 60 vendors who provide Central Florida with production and production related services and she spearheads the sales and marketing efforts for the production facilities which include Broadcast Studios, state-of-the art Sound Stages and over 100 Backlot locations. She was a nominee for the “State of Florida Governor’s Film Advisory Board”, selected in 1998 for the “Top Central Florida Women Who Mean Business”, selected in 2000 as one of “Central Florida’s 100 Most Influential Business Leaders” and has been awarded several first place “Addy Awards” for commercial and program producing and writing.
Ralph Singleton
Film Producer and Director
With over 30 years of experience in the film industry, Ralph Singleton has worked on several classic productions, including Taxi Driver, Network, and Death Wish. He most recently served as producer on drama Saving Grace B. Jones, and was executive producer on horror film Trailer Park of Terror.
Tim Fisher
Executive Creative Director | Fry Hammond Barr
Tim Fisher graduated from the University of Central Florida in 1980 with a B.A. in fine arts and a specialization in graphic design. He started Fisher/Robb in 1983, which was later recognized as one of the three "hot shop ad agencies" in the Southeast to watch by ADWEEK magazine. Following multiple years of highly publicized business and creative success, Fisher/Robb was purchased in 1989 by Minneapolis agency Carmichael Lynch. In 1993 he joined Fry Hammond Barr, where he now serves as Sr. Vice President-Executive Creative Director. His list of creative awards includes numerous local, regional, and national ADDYs, including multiple Best of Categories and Best of Shows. His work has been chosen for awards and inclusion in CA, Best Of Ad Age, Art Directors Annual, The Clio's, The New York Type Directors Club, New York Film Festival, the Telly's, Creativity, Show South, USAD Review, educational text books, PRINTS best of series, the Omni's and the ATHENA awards.
Tim Coons
Artist Manager and Musician, Founder | Atlantic Hill Music
Tim Coons is the President and Founder of Atlantic Hill Music Inc. He is the original music producer of the multi-platinum pop group, the Backstreet Boys. Tim also was an independent A&R representative for platinum artist Jo Jo, the youngest artist in the history of the music business with a number one record. Tim has been putting together groups, finding talent, performing, writing, teaching, and producing music for over 35 years, working with companies like CBS, Sony, Universal, DreamWorks, Warner Bros., Disney, RCA, and more. Tim now spends most of his time finding and developing new artists for Major Labels as President of Atlantic Hill Music Inc. at his recording facility near Orlando, Florida.
Tom Player, Esq.
Entertainment Attorney
After serving as a trial attorney in two prominent litigation firms, Tom established Player Entertainment Law in 2000, for the express purpose of providing legal representation, business consultation, and career guidance to musicians, producers, actors, writers, models, and others in the entertainment industry in all aspects of their professional careers. In 2002, concurrent with activities in Player Entertainment Law, Tom joined the Weiss Legal Group, where his practice includes Appeals in all Florida State Courts, First-Party Insurance Litigation, Business, Entertainment, and Intellectual Property Law. Tom is active in the Entertainment, Arts, & Sports Law Section of the Florida Bar and is a member of the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (the GRAMMY® Awards), The Florida Bar, the Seminole County Bar Association, and the Florida Justice Association.
