IT Communications
When a server crashes or hardware runs amuck, a business’s information technology (IT) team becomes the superheroes of the company – so it’s important that you be able to properly communicate with them. In this course, you’ll gain foundational knowledge to assist you in understanding the technological limitations of your company, and also learn how to communicate with the IT team properly. You’ll also address technical topics that must be considered when creating a marketing website and user interface.
