Kenneth Cossin
Course Director | IT Communications
With a bachelor's degree in Engineering from the University of Central Florida and a master's degree in Corporate Communication and Technology from Rollins College, Kenneth Cossin has been a database administrator and IT Communications trainer, teacher, and writer. He has also co-authored several professional publications. Most recently, he worked for a large law firm, training new attorneys and staff in the use of computer hardware, software, and law practice-specific applications focusing on IT Communications and exploring ways in which fellow attorneys could best collaborate.
Carol Cox
Course Director | Internet Business Models
Carol is co-owner of InterMedia Solutions, a technology consulting company, whose clients include Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, start-ups, municipalities, community organizations, and political candidates. Carol is an experienced database developer and programmer, specializing in Microsoft technologies. She holds a Master of Arts degree from Emory University and graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Carol enjoys running and is currently training for her first marathon. She also loves to read and, of course, teach!
Rob Croll
Course Director | Internet Consumer Behavior
After completing his degree from Penn State University, Rob Croll went to work for an investment management firm, where he eventually oversaw the development of the company’s first significant presence online. This first taste of Internet marketing sparked the passion he continues to hold today. He subsequently turned that interest into a career working with business and not-for-profit clients, as the owner of an Internet marketing consulting firm.
Genon Murray
Course Director | Digital Storytelling
Genon is a multi-faceted professional with experience in a variety of environments, including private business, health, education and entertainment. Genon moved to Orlando to work with the MCA project team building Universal Studios. As Project Coordinator for teams building Nickelodeon Studios and Back to the Future the Ride, her responsibilities included project management and communication systems for the creative, design and construction teams. Universal then hired her for their first special events department, serving all areas of the marketing department including publicity, promotions, convention, and special entertainment tickets. Over the past twenty years with her business, GRM Creative Services, Genon has built a reputation as a talented writer, producer and project manager who can effectively lead diverse teams to deliver successful marketing, entertainment and educational projects.
Terry Weber
Course Director | Introduction to Internet Marketing
Terry Weber began her marketing career in Montana in the late 80’s working for Kodak, after which she moved to Florida to attend the University of Central Florida's first Film Program. In addition to Film & Video Production, her B.A. also includes Computer Animation. Since then, her career has included work at Disney Animation Studio, television advertising at WFTV, and more recently, marketing at Siemens Energy. Recently Terry completed her M.A. in Media Studies online from The New School for Social Research in New York City.
