Hillary Bressler is a recognized authority on interactive marketing and one of the nation's online marketing pioneers. She is the founder and president of .Com Marketing, a leading interactive advertising and marketing firm. Her interactive agency has served such notable clients as Dell, Nestle Foods, Marriott & Renaissance Offshore Resorts, SeaWorld, Universal Orlando Resorts, and more. Under Ms. Bressler's leadership, .Com Marketing has been ranked among the nation's top 100 interactive agencies, according to the Advertising Age Interactive Agency Report.
Larry Darlage
President | Tarrant County College, Northeast Campus
Dr. Darlage received his B.A. degree from the University of Indianapolis and completed teaching and research fellowships at Iowa State University where he completed a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry. Dr. Darlage served as Division Chair of Science and Mathematics and Vice-President of Instruction at Brookhaven College before moving to his current position as president of Tarrant County College, Northeast Campus.
Donna Dowless

Prior to starting her own entertainment media and arts consulting company, Ms. Dowless served as Executive Vice President of Industry Affairs for Ticketmaster, a position she held for 18 years. She has over 30 years of experience in sports and entertainment, directing and managing sports arenas and concert venues and working with professional sports leagues, major live event producers, and numerous presidential events. Ms. Dowless was recently recognized by Venues Today magazine as one of the Top 5 Women of Influence in the Entertainment Industry. In 2005, she was honored with the lifetime achievement award for distinguished service from the International Association of Auditorium Managers.
Rafael Garcia

Mr. Garcia received his MBA from the University of Miami’s Executive MBA International Business program. He is a graduate of Universidad Metropolitana with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and is a Full Sail Digital Media graduate. Mr. Garcia’s work history includes being the Director of Product Development for Diario El Universal, a leading newspaper in Venezuela; Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Product Development for Quepasa.com, an internet portal and online community; Vice President of Operations, Chief Software Engineer, and Vice President of Operations for Cybertoons Digital, an e-commerce software development and internet solutions provider; and a Consultant for Interamerican Technology Services, an internet consulting firm.
Henry Maldonado
Vice President and General Manager | WKMG-TV
Henry Maldonado is a 20-year veteran of Post-Newsweek Stations. Under his leadership, WKMG-TV has aggressively supported area institutions with special programs and Public Service Campaigns through the GOOD NEIGHBOR 6 franchise. Before joining WKMG, Mr. Maldonado was Vice President of Audience and Sales Promotion for all six Post-Newsweek Stations, and prior to that worked as Vice President of Programming and Promotion for WDIV in Detroit, where he launched a variety of programming and marketing efforts designed to solidify the station’s connection with its viewers. Mr. Maldonado was executive producer for special projects at WCBS in New York, where his “First Amendment Project” earned numerous awards. He was Program Director for Cultural affairs at WGBH, the PBS station in Boston, where he created and produced one of the first sitcoms geared to teenagers, “The New Voice.”

His consultant work focuses and specializes in Digital Media, Online Marketing and Strategic Planning. Mr. Oliver has held various other positions as a Managing Director at Manduca Ventures and as Advisors at Zoom Media Group and Mi Zona Hispana. He holds a Masters in Business Administration from Duke University, Fuqua School of Business.
Linda Schaible

As vice president and director of marketing for Orlando Sentinel Communications, Linda Schiaible oversees the consumer marketing, creative and market information divisions in an effort to grow audience, circulation and revenue. She has held various other positions at the Sentinel including Digital City Orlando metrics analyst, Go2Orlando.com product manager, online classified sales manager and new business and product development manager with Tribune Interactive/Orlando.
Al Schlesinger
Music Attorney
Mr. Schlesinger has been a music business attorney for over 45 years. Prior to becoming an attorney, he had his own record and music publishing companies. Mr. Schlesinger was the personal manager of the recording and performing group Bread, and has written articles for the Beverly Hills Bar Association Journal, the National Academy of Songwriters (of which he is a founding member), the Association of International Entertainment Attorneys (of which he is a charter member), and various educational institutions throughout the United States. He has also taught courses on the music business and has been a guest lecturer and panelist for many educational institutions and music-oriented organizations. Mr. Schlesinger is a past president of the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (NARAS) and past two-term national chairman of the board of said academy. He is also a past recipient of Billboard Magazine’s award for Entertainment Attorney of the Year. He was honored with the Entertainment Law Initiative (ELI) Service Award during the 2006 GRAMMY® Week festivities.
Amanda Watlington

Amanda is the founder of Searching for Profit, a search marketing strategy consultancy. Prior to founding Searching for Profit, Amanda was Director of Research for a leading search engine optimization firm. Amanda’s creativity and expertise enabled her to develop patented language-based analytic tools and methodologies to support search engine marketing campaigns. She has served on DMA’s Search Engine Marketing Council and was co-chair of the Council from 2002-2006. In 2006, Amanda developed the DMA’s search engine marketing certification program. She is currently the co-chair of the Web Analytics Association’s research committee and has served on the search and research committees of IAB.
