Full Sail Proudly Returns As Primary Sponsor of 18th Annual Florida Film Fest



Winter Park, FL – (March 18, 2008) – Full Sail University (www.fullsail.edu) will be returning as primary sponsor of the 18th Annual Florida Film Festival (www.floridafilmfestival.com), March 27 through April 5. In addition to the celebration of independent filmmaking, the festival will include fine cuisine, celebrity guests and special events, as well as the Full Sail sponsored Animation Forum, featuring a panel of leading industry professionals. This year marks the return of Full Sail University’s fifth year as the primary sponsor and twelfth year with the Festival.

During the ten day festival, the screening and events schedule offers an extensive list of cutting-edge American independent and international films exemplifying the theme of Original Cinema, including the U.S. premiere of the film Management, starring Jennifer Aniston and Steve Zahn. Opening night celebrity guests include: Norman Van Aken, the founding father of New World Cuisine and Food Network sensation and Master Iron Chef Cat Cora. Headline events include a celebrity line-up containing an evening with Fatal Attraction star Glenn Close, Director Ken Russell and Screenwriter/ Producer Barry Sandler, best known for their work on Crimes of Passion and finally, the festival will conclude with an event featuring a discussion with the Oscar-winning actor, Jon Voight, followed by a screening of the film Midnight Cowboy.
