Music Business Bachelor of Science Online Degree Program, launching in June 2009.
This fully-featured online Bachelor’s degree program, offers students the flexibility and convenience of the online educational experience, while providing a real-world music business education. In addition to business fundamentals, such as marketing, finance, and accounting, students learn a uniquely designed skill set covering topics including: intellectual property, artist and product management, music copyrighting, publishing and distribution. Later in the program, students have the opportunity to use these skills to create and build a viable
business plan of their own.
By introducing several aspects of practical business, the program emphasizes the demands and opportunities of the current music industry, and prepares students for a future in music business.
