As a Full Sail student, you’ll also participate in a unique program that helps encourages the development of your overall professionalism, the Global Professionalism Standard (GPS) program.

The GPS program is implemented throughout your education, with your professors tracking your timeliness, respect for your peers, preparedness, attentiveness, and compliance with other school policies – each of which reflect similar expectations found throughout your industry. These categories will be scored and combined with your GPA and attendance records, the results of which will provide a well-rounded and thorough outline of your technical and professional skills that can be shared with potential employers.

Full Sail’s Career Development department will also be a valuable support system during your education; while you’re still a student, you’ll be able meet with an industry specific advisor during Open Door hours to discuss questions regarding research, location, resumes, and more. Career Development also presents a number of unique learning opportunities throughout your degree, by bringing in notable guest speakers, and hosting visits from industry recruiters, all in an effort to further your knowledge of your field, and encourage your networking abilities.
