Full Sail University Graduates Contribute to the 2021 Super Bowl in Various Capacities

Today, Full Sail University, an award-winning educational leader for those pursuing careers in entertainment, media, arts, and technology, is proud to announce the involvement of its graduates in this year's Super Bowl. The 55th annual Super Bowl (Super Bowl LV) is scheduled to be held at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Fla. where the Kansas City Chiefs will play the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday, February 7, and will air live on CBS.

"In our Sports Marketing & Media Bachelor of Science degree program, we spend a great deal of time focusing on educating students about the fundamentals of marketing and content creation in sports business. It is great to see that our grads are implementing their knowledge from the classroom to a sporting event as large as the Super Bowl," said RaeLynn McAfee, Program Director of Sports Marketing & Media at Full Sail University.

At this year's annual Super Bowl, graduates are working behind the scenes to help the event come to life. These Full Sail graduates primarily span across the Sports Marketing and Media, Film, Show Production, and Recording Arts degree programs and serve in roles ranging from production supervisor, hosting committee, high speed ground action cinematographer, and more. The university is proud to share that the participating graduates include:

  • 2018 Sports Marketing and Media Graduate – Casey Dehart
  • 2018 Film Graduate – Joshuah Pittman
  • 2019 Sports Marketing and Media Graduate– Roxanne Hafer
  • 2019 Film Graduate – Maxwell Labadie
  • 2020 Sports Marketing and Media Graduate – Cherish Armendariz


As a result of the pandemic, Super Bowl LV will have limited in-person attendance. With the assistance of these Full Sail graduates working behind the scenes, fans can still watch as their team battles for the title of champion.

"We are proud of the incredible efforts of our Full Sail alumni. They continue to positively impact the world of entertainment, media, arts, technology, and business. We look forward to tuning in on Sunday to cheer them on as they lend their talents to this tremendous production," stated Jay Noble, VP of Alumni at Full Sail University.
