About This Program

Looking for a bachelor’s degree in graphic design? Studying at Full Sail will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the field of design – from print publishing to interface design.

Graphic designers dwell at the intersection of art and business. They translate abstract concepts into tangible visuals and are often lauded for their ability to elevate the status of organizations. In this curriculum, you’ll sharpen your eye for aesthetics through projects, critiques, and the study of popular culture. COURSE HIGHLIGHTS

Packaging and Prototypes - This course explores the use of design theory in relation to projects that align to the current design industry. Utilizing case studies as reference, students will design and iterate project work to meet identified client parameters.

Interactive Editorial Design - This course teaches students to combine theories and skills taught in previous courses with usability concepts in order to lay out information across multiple types of media. Students will explore how designs translate between print and interactive media.

Visual Realization - Emphasizing both creativity and professionalism, this course provides the opportunity to cultivate portfolio assets that demonstrate adherence to standard workflows, realistic production deadlines, and particular client constraints.
