Full Sail Alumni Credited on Nominated Projects at the 52nd Annual CAS Awards
Hall of Fame inductee Gary Rizzo and his team were nominated for their work on Minions.

Sound plays a vital role in film and television, whether it be the flap of a dragon’s wings or the laughter of a little yellow minion. Recording Arts graduates Gary Rizzo, Brett Voss and Michael P. Clark contributed their skills to projects that were nominated for outstanding work in sound mixing by the Cinema Audio Society (CAS).
In the category of Motion Picture - Animated, Hall of Fame inductee Gary Rizzo (Re-recording Mixer) and his team were nominated for their work on Minions. Brett Voss (Foley Mixer) and Michael P. Clark (Production Mixer) will be competing in the category of Television Series - One Hour for their teams’ work on Game of Thrones: “Hardhome” and The Walking Dead: “First Time Again,” respectively.
The 52nd annual CAS Awards will take place on February 20 at the Millennium Biltmore Hotel in Los Angeles, California. The CAS website will be updated throughout the evening as winners are announced.
