Graphic Design USA, a nationally recognized design industry magazine, has released their annual list of “Students to Watch,” recognizing top students from America’s leading art and design schools. Two Full Sail grads made this year’s list, Media Design MFA grad Caroline Italia Carlson and grad Nicole Montes, who studied graphic design.

Caroline currently works as a media specialist, a teacher of several painting workshops and design courses, and the host of the Passionate Painter podcast. She is inspired by all types of art, but she holds music as her primary source of inspiration.

After learning how to manage her ADHD and dyslexia, Nicole came to Full Sail to achieve her dream of becoming a designer, where, she says, she found unwavering support. Now that she has graduated, she aspires to apply her degree to illustration, merchandise designing, and marketing design.

Graphic Design USA has been a go-to source for graphic designers in the industry since 1963. It covers design trends, innovative technology, noteworthy designers, groundbreaking projects, and more.
