Every year, film industry magazine TheWrap puts out a list of the Top 50 Film Schools in the US, and Full Sail is included on the magazine’s 2025 list.

This year’s list used a data-driven system to evaluate survey results and create the rankings. TheWrap called out Full Sail’s facilities as one of the university’s standout assets, including Full Sail’s Hollywood-style backlot, its Dolby-certified post-production facilities, and its campus virtual production studio. The university’s commitment to frequently updating its film curriculum based on feedback from industry professionals and its hands-on learning model were also highlighted by TheWrap.

Full Sail was included on the list alongside schools like The Tisch School of the Arts at New York University, Columbia College Chicago, the Pratt Institute, Stanford University, and more.
