In August, current and former members of 3300+ Climbing, Full Sail’s student-run artist development initiative, gathered on campus to celebrate the club’s 10-year anniversary with a fun night of live music at the Treehouse, the university’s student-run live performance venue.

It was wonderful to see attendance from throughout the university including special guests, such as past 3300+ Climbing participants (now grads) and former artists.”

“[At this event, we] commemorated 10 years of students working on behalf of artists in a variety of activities, such as branding, promotions, social media marketing, music video production, and much more,” explained Entertainment & Music Business Program Director Israel Vasquetelle. “The event included performances from a wide array of incredible talent, including 3300+Climbing's current artist Antonio Thornton as the headliner.”

The event also featured fun games and prizes, as well as a cake to celebrate the decade of work. All the while, students had the chance to network both with their peers currently attending the university and the many grads that returned to commemorate the big milestone. The event was scouted, decorated, hosted, and arranged by current students in 3300+ Climbing, offering them another opportunity to hone their event-planning skills.

“The students did an amazing job of putting this together,” said Israel. “It was wonderful to see attendance from throughout the university including special guests, such as past 3300+ Climbing participants (now grads) and former artists.”
