She’s worked at industry powerhouses Clair Brothers and House of Blues, and she’s also mixed front of house sound for a wide variety of acclaimed artists, including Arturo Sandoval, KRS-One, Ron Carter, and Bilal. Her role as front-of-house mixer for Grammy-winning jazz artist Christian McBride has spanned more than a decade, taking her to iconic venues all over the globe, including the National Jazz Museum in Harlem, as well as production on McBride's SiriusXM show, "The Lowdown: Conversations with Christian." The studio also specializes in podcast recording and is home to The Art of Music Tech, a podcast which Fela hosts with her 23dB business partner, Denis Orynbekov.
