Margaret Haag is Lead Product Designer for Melbourne, Australia-based people management software company Culture Amp. Previously, she was a product designer for Capital One, where she created cross-platform feature designs for the company’s credit management app, CreditWise. Her work blends function and aesthetic to create a seamless user experience for consumers. Her previous design work appears at USA Today, where she was the lead designer for the nation’s first college news app, “The Buzz.”
