Margaret Haag is Lead Product Designer for Melbourne, Australia-based people management software company Culture Amp. Previously, she was a product designer for Capital One, where she created cross-platform feature designs for the company’s credit management app, CreditWise. Her work blends function and aesthetic to create a seamless user experience for consumers. Her previous design work appears at USA Today, where she was the lead designer for the nation’s first college news app, “The Buzz.” She is currently working on the design for an AI coach scheduled to launch mid-2025.
